金秋十月，正值絢麗的國(guó)慶假期，浙江誠(chéng)本軸承滾子有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“誠(chéng)本”）選派了44名骨干人才及后備人才參加健峰?菁英管理干部特訓(xùn)營(yíng)，通過為期三天的體系化管理實(shí)戰(zhàn)訓(xùn)練，助力打造一支高效率、高協(xié)同、高素養(yǎng)的人才梯隊(duì)，推動(dòng)企業(yè)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。
本次課程內(nèi)容涵蓋了高績(jī)效團(tuán)隊(duì)、溝通技巧、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)干部管理知識(shí)、精益管理工具等等模塊，參與培訓(xùn)的每一位都收獲良多，有自己的心得和體會(huì)。
